  • 250 grams Butter
  • 70 grams raw sugar
  • 70 grams brown sugar
  • 1/2 can condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 350 grams S/R flour
  • 80 grams plain flour
  • 280 grams Maltesers

Recipe's preparation

  1.  

    Pre-heat oven to 180°. Line biscuit tray with baking paper.

    Cream butter and sugar 30-50sec speed 5

    Add Condensed milk and vanilla essence mix 15 sec speed 5

    Add Flours mix 30 sec speed 5

    Add Maltesers combine reverse 15 sec speed 4

     

    Tip into a large bowl and finish mixing Maltesers through with spatula.

     

    Roll dessert spoon size of mixture into a ball, place on tray and flatten slightly, leave room for biscuits to spread

     

    Cook for approx 12-15 minutes

     

    Makes approx 35-45 (depending on how much mix you eat!)

    Yummy, definitely a winner with my boys tmrc_emoticons.) I mixed them with half maltesers & half m&ms as I didn't have enough of either.

    I halved the reciepe and made two batches. One with malteasers, which i let cook a little longer and came out nice and crunchy and the other with m&m's. They were nice and tasty.

    I'm pretty sure all cans of condensed milk are rougly the same size....around 400 grams.
