Madeira Cake
- 115 g Butter
- 110 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 140 g plain flour
- Madeira liqueur, according to taste

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Pre heat ove to 180 deg.
2. Add butter & sugar to bowl 15sec/sp5 or until creamed.
3. While on sp4 add eggs one by one making sure each one has mixed.
4. Add flour mixing for 5 sec/sp 5
5. Add Madeira liqueur according to taste
6. Pour into a greased or baking paper tin & bake for 30 min 180 deg.
Tip
I didn't have Madeira liqueur & used Macadamia instead. It was still a very nice cake.
