Recipe's preparation

    Base
  1. Preheat oven to 250C or the highest temp setting.

Grease a 30cm pizza tray with a little oil & line with baking paper.

Place onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt & pepper into the bowl. Chop for 5 sec/sp 7.

Add meat & mince 0.5 turbo for 8 times.

Add egg yolk & mix 7sec/sp5 or until all mixed together

Place the meat mixture on the pizza tray & use your hands to flatten it evenly to cover tray.  Bake for 6 - 8 minutes (depending on your oven) until meat is cooked through.  Remove & drain any excess liquid from the tray.

  2. Topping
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the base. Add the olives, cherry tomatoes, macadamia cheese & season with salt & pepper.

Return the Meatzza to the oven & cook for further 5 - 10 minutes, or until lightly brown.

Use the paper to carefully transfer the meatzza to a chopping board or plate.

Cut into wedges, then scatter on some rosemary or basil & serve.

    Recipe is created for
    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
