Decadent Chocolate Chip Biscuits

150 g Butter
1 egg, lightly beaten
215 g plain flour
75 g brown sugar
65 g caster sugar
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
65 g almond meal
150 g chocolate chips

Recipe's preparation

Place mat or baking paper onto metal tray and preheat in oven for 10 mins at 190 degrees Celsius

Melt butter 3 mins 60 deg sp 1

Add beaten egg, butterfly, whisk lightly 1 min sp 3

add flour, sugars, baking powder, almond meal, chocolate chips

Combine 20 secs sp 3

Place about a table spoon of biscuit dough to tray

Bake for 15 to 18 mins or until golden brown & firm to touch.

Allow to cool for 5-10 mins before removing from tray to a cooling rack

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
