Kids loved it - very dense lots of butter!!
I made this with tangelos (5x small plus juice of 6th). Just removed seeds and centre pith as recipe states. Also used nuttelex as we are dairy free. Yum!
Is it literally the whole mandarin?! Just wanted to confirm before making 😊
Quick and easy recipe with ingredients usually laying around the house!!!
Poppy seeds worked great!!
Delicious and easy recipe. Ended up using 6 small mandarins and 3 Tbs of
Chia Seeds.
Great taste - kids all loved them. My maderins were getting past it and the batter looked quite dry so I added a little orange juice and it worked well.
Was a bit worried with the consistency getting them in the patty pans but they cooked fine and turned out quite yummy!
Very nice & moist recipe - turned out as said & expected. My family liked this one.
Very light & moist. I only put in skin from 2 of the mandarins and used margarine as I didn't have any butter left. Just a nice amount of mandarin flavour
These were really easy and had lovely consistency but a really bitter after taste. I think I would use less or none of the skin next time - not a hit wi the kids this time round.
