We love this recipe in our house. Will cut down the sugar this time as they were quite sweet. I put in pepitas, linseed, apricot, choc chips. Delicious!!

A very quick and easy recipe to use up leftover bits and pieces for the 100 g of whatever. I used sliverer almonds, pepitas, sunflower kernals, puffed rice and some crispy noodles.

They are a good go to for a quick snack.

Taste really yummy.   I followed the recipe exactly and topped with Choc Chips and Coconut, I might have a play around next time and replace the honey with Rice Malt as per some of the suggestions.  Thanks for the recipe tmrc_emoticons.)

Absolutely delicious.....made using rice malt syrup & a mix of almonds/cashews. A little soft/sticky ...... perhaps due to rice malt syrup? (cant use honey). May try bit less rice malt syrup & bit more butter or even use coconut oil inplace of butter. Thanks for sharing receipe
