- 1000 g water
- 3 Garlic Cloves.
- 50 g EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
- salt and pepper to taste

Add water to TM Bowl and insert TM basket
Add Cauliflower (I say 500g but I generally fill it to the max line) and garlic to TM basket Cook 20 minutes/Varoma/Speed 2
Remove TM basket and empty water from bowl. Measure oil in a small container. Add cauliflower, garlic, salt and pepper to TM bowl and mash 1 minute/Speed 4-5. While the cauliflower is mashing slowly pour the oil onto the lid of the TM and let it drizzle in.

Love this dish! So tasty and super easy to make.
Did not enjoy this at all. The EVOO was totally overwhelming and while we didn't really taste the garlic at the time of eating, it certainly hung around after.

Make this all the time. Love it! Substitute garlic cloves and EVO for garlic infused oil as a low FODMAP version. I sometimes leave the garlic out altogether and use butter instead of EVOO with Seasoning Salt. Yummo.
Really good flavour! Tastes just like regular mash but without the carbs I used coconut oil instead of the olive oil
Great for carb free mash and tastes great too
Easy to make, kids and husband enjoyed it with curried sausages
