- 170 grams Self Raising Flour
- 125 grams Butter softened
- 10 grams cocoa
- 110 grams sugar
- 75 grams coconut dessicated

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Melt butter and sugar - 37deg, speed 5, approx 1minute
2. Add all other ingredients & mix approx 30 sec speed 5-6
3. Spoon into greased tray & press down with back of spoon
4. Bake moderate oven approx 15-20minutes
5. Ice with chocolate ganache from EDC whilst still warm
