- 10 medjool dates
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 80 grams raw cashews
- 5 grams Raw Cacao
- 10 grams goji berries, dried
- 10 grams chia seeds
- 100 grams dessinated coconut
- 5 grams coconut oil

Remove pits from dates, add all ingredients except dessicated coconut and mill for approx 1 min/speed 9 or until at desired consistency. If too dry, add a bit more coconut oil until mixture sticks together.
Form into desired sized balls and roll in dessicated coconut. Let set in fridge for 30 mins. Enjoy!

typo in "dessicated" coconut FYI
Perfect recipe, i didnt have cocoa so used a small chunk of dark chocolate, and substituted goji berries and chia seeds with sesame seeds. I halved the recipe and it made 10 portions, very precise!
Used almonds instead, no raw cocao so used the organic cocao nibs instead as no berrries either! Added scoop of choc latte protein powder, really yummy thanks.
Delicious, though I didn't have raw cacao so omitted that.
Lovely and moist. Perfect chocolate flavour for my cravings.
