  • 10 medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 80 grams raw cashews
  • 5 grams Raw Cacao
  • 10 grams goji berries, dried
  • 10 grams chia seeds
  • 100 grams dessinated coconut
  • 5 grams coconut oil

Recipe's preparation

    To make the bliss balls
  1. Remove pits from dates, add all ingredients except dessicated coconut and mill for approx 1 min/speed 9 or until at desired consistency. If too dry, add a bit more coconut oil until mixture sticks together.

    Form into desired sized balls and roll in dessicated coconut. Let set in fridge for 30 mins. Enjoy!
