Ingredients

Crust/Base

  • 250 g Butternut Snap biscuits (whole)
  • 100 g Butter

Filling

  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 500 g bittersweet chocolate, Milk chocolate can be used
  • 395 g Condense Milk, (Tin)
  • 1.5 tsp Gelatin powder
  • 165 g Warm/Hot Water
  • 250 g thickened cream

Recipe's preparation

    BASE/CRUST
  1. Line the case of a 22cm Spring form tin

    Place biscuits in bowlClosed lid"Closed lid" .

    Chop speed 7 for 6 seconds.

    Add butter and mix 10 seconds speed 6

    Place biscuit crumb in tin and press down firmly with a flat Botton glass (for a smooth an even crust) and 1/2 way up the tin side.

    Place in freezer while preparing filling.
  2. FILLING
  3. Sprinkle Gelatine over 165g of warm/hot water and mix until dissolved. place in freezer to cool.

    Place whisk in bowl. Add cream and whip for approx 15 seconds or until firm peaks. Transfer cream to bowl later use.

    Place chocolate in TM bowl Closed lid"Closed lid" and grate speed 9 for 15 seconds.

    Melt chocolate speed 1/60'C/2mins

    Add cream cheese and mix Speed 6 for 1 min. While mixing add condensed milk and cooled gelatine.

    Once well mixed, return cream to chocolate mixture and fold in Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3/10 seconds.

    Transfer mixture to prepared base and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

    Serve with fresh cream.
