Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180

Place all ingredients except choc chips into bowl. 20 seconds/speed 7. (Untill all ingredients blended together and smooth)

    Add choc chips on reverse Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"  for 5 seconds/speed 2

Pour into lined muffin tins, 3/4 full.

Bake for 15-20 mins or until skewer comes out clean.

Tip

I find it easier to use silicon muffin liners, due to no oil the muffins can become quite sticky. If using paper patty pans you could give them a quick spray with oil.

Hi! The mixture is meant to be runny, and flour free which makes them moist. They do seem a little weird when you first make them

Was a little confused with this recipe. It was a very runny mixture. Ended up putting in a small amt of flour. flavour was okay. Don't think I would make again though.
