- 350 g sugar
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 100 g raw almonds
- 200 g Butter
- 3 oranges, juiced and zested
- 75 g Desiccated Coconut
- 5 g vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 150 g SR flour
- 200 g orange marmarlade

Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees celsius.
1. Process sugar for 15 seconds on speed 10.
2. Remove sugar from bowl.
3. Put both the almonds and hazelnuts in the bowl and chop for 7 seconds on speed 5.
4. Remove the nuts.
5. Melt the butter at 80 degrees for 2 minutes on speed 2.
6. Add the orrange juice, zest, sugar, nuts, vanilla, eggs and flour.
7. Blend for 20 seconds on speed 4.
8. Pour into lined slice tin.
9. Dollup the marmalade all over the top and bake for 40 minutes.
Allow the slice to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
Serve the slice upside down as the marmalade sinks to the bottom.
Tip
This is great with coffee or as a dessert.
