- 125 g Butter
- 80 g plain flour
- 190 g sugar
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp bourbon
- 125 g pecans, roughly chopped

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and line square baking tin with paper
Add chocolate, butter and sugar to TM bowl and melt together 5 minutes 50 degrees speed 3
Add in flour, eggs, salt and bourbon, and mix 10 seconds speed 5
Add in pecans and mix 5 seconds speed 5 reverse
Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake 30-35 minutes until cooked but still moist
Leave in pan for 5 minutes to cool slightly then lift onto wire rack to cool completely
Dust with icing sugar and cut into squares to serve
