Ingredients
Dough
- rind of 1 orange
- 250 g full cream milk
- 100 g Butter
- 3 egg
- 2 egg yolks only
- 150 g White Sugar(or Raw)
- 40 g fresh yeast (or 2x 7gm sachets Dry Yeast (14g)))
- 500 g plain four
- 50 g sultanas
- pinch salt
icing
- 100 g icing sugar
- juice of 1 lemon

Place orange rind in TM bowl and chop for 10sec speed 8
Add milk and butter, warm up 3 min, 50 deg speed 2. Set aside
Without washing the bowl place butterfly in, add eggs, egg yolks and sugar.
Mix 5min speed 3
Remove butterfly, add milk and butter mixture plus yeast, mix 20sec speed 3
Leave in TM bowl for approx 15min
Add remaining ingredients, knead 3min, "Closed lid" "Dough mode"
Butter Fluted Tube Bundt Pan, transfer the dough and let rise for approx 30min
Pre-heat oven to 180 deg, bake for 35min
Prepare icing by mixing icing sugar with lemon juice until combined (20-30sec on speed 4-5)
Pour over “babka”
