Ingredients
Protein balls
- 200 g almonds
- 50 g Linseeds
- 20 g chia seeds
- 50 g Shredded coconut
- 50 g cacao powder
- 100 g good quality raw honey
- 40 g Rice malt syrup, or an extra 40g honey
- 100 g Fresh Dates, approx. 5 dates
- Extra coconut for rolling, optional

1. Add almonds, linseeds and chia seeds to TM and blitz - 15 sec/speed 10
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix - 30 sec/speed 9
3. Form spoonfuls of mixture into balls and roll in extra coconut if desired
4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks or freeze
Prep.
Tip
A great way to get a protein (and omega-3) hit without the need for special whey/protein powders. An easy snack which hits the chocolate craving head on!

Another amazing recipe! Thank you Krissy - I was looking for a tasty sweet snack that might have some nutritional goodness to it that I could enjoy with my cup of tea. I love these and so do my kids. I used Swan Valley raw, unprocessed honey which gave a lovely consistency. So easy!
They taste really nice, but my theromix gave up on mixing it during the second stage, mixture too thick...
