Base

  • 90 grams almonds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 30 grams cacao powder
  • 200 grams pitted dates
  • 30 grams dark chocolate

Fruit Layer

  • 50 grams rolled oats
  • 100 grams dried apricots
  • 90 grams pitted dates
  • 200 grams sultanas
  • chia seeds, To top

Recipe's preparation

    Base
  1. Line a 28cm x 18cm tray with baking paper

    Place all ingredients for the base into the Closed lid"Closed lid" . Speed 10 for approximately 20-30 seconds. You wil hear the mixture start to change in consistency as it comes together.

    Press mixture into prepared tin and smooth with the back of a spoon.

    Place in fridge to chill.

  2. Fruit Topping
  3. Place all ingredients for the fruit layer including the oats into the Closed lid"Closed lid" . Speed 10/ 10 secs

    Place mixture onto prepared base and smooth with the back of spoon.

    Sprinkle additional chia seeds on top of slice and chill for approximately 2 hours.

    Slice into 24 bite size pieces or larger for 12 post excercise energy bars.
