  • 160 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams Milk
  • 70 grams raw sugar
  • 70 grams oats
  • 1 Peeled Banana
  • 60 grams Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Bi Carb Soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • Pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into Thermomix. Speed 7/ 20 Secs

    Pour into greased lamington pan and bake in moderate oven for 25-30 minutes until golden

    Sprinkle with Cinnamon and let cool in tin before cutting and serving.

Tip

This slice is perfect when friends pop around unexpected or to fill lunch boxes.

    Sorry to hear that this recipe was a little dry van der Ploeg. 

    We have an older oven so depending on your oven maybe a little less time in the oven.

    Nice flavour, but I found it a little dry. Might try it in a normal slice tin rather than lamington pan to see if there's any difference.
