Ingredients
Rocky Road
- 300 grams Dark chocolate (70% cocoa), broken into pieces
- 200 grams milk chocolate, broken into pieces
- 30 grams coconut oil
- 50 grams Shredded coconut
- 50 grams toasted almond flakes
- 100 grams Clinkers, roughly chopped
- 100 grams marshmallows, cut into pieces
- 100 grams snakes or other jelly lollies, cut into pieces

Line a rectangular tray with baking paper.
Add dark and milk chocolates to bowl.
Grate 10 sec/speed 5.
Add coconut oil.
Melt 4 min/50°/speed 2.
Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula.
Melt again 3 min/50°/speed 2.
Add coconut, toasted almonds, clinkers, marshmallows and snakes.
Mix 30 sec/reverse speed 1, while stirring with spatula through hole in mixing bowl lid.
Transfer to prepared tin and level the surface. Set aside in fridge to set for at least 2 hours.
"Slow Cooking" Remove from tin, then cut into pieces. Enjoy !!!
