Ingredients

Loaded Cookie’s

  • 220 grams unsalted butter, softened
  • 80 grams white sugar
  • 140 grams brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 400 gram self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 gram chocolate chips
  • 16 pieces chocolate, Chocolate of your choice

Recipe's preparation

    1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  1. 2. Add butter, white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla essence to the mixing bowl

    Mix for 2 minutes on speed 3
  2. 3. Add Egg to mixing bowl.

    Mix for 30 seconds speed 3
  3. 4. Add self raising flour and salt to the mixing bowl

    Dough Mode for 45 seconds
  4. 5. Scrape the sides of the mixing bowl

  5. 6. Add chocolate chips to mixing bowl and mix with spatula
  6. 7. Put 2 teaspoons of cookie dough in your hand and flatten out

    place the chocolate of your choice for the centre, in the middle of the cookie dough
  7. 8. Fold the edges in and enclose the chocolate in the centre and roll in your hand to form a ball
  8. 9. Place on a baking tray and bake for 14 minutes
  9. 10. Once baked, cool on a wire rack
  10. 11. Decorate with some melted chocolate or leave plain
