I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1.Preheat oven to 160 C. Line a LARGE slice tin (24 x 36 cm) with baking paper.
2. Place apricots, dates, walnuts, cashew and macademia nuts into the TM mixing bowl"Closed lid" and chop on Turbo / 1 sec / 3 times. Set aside in a large bowl. No need to clean TM bowl.
3. Mill almonds in TM bowl"Closed lid" for 10 sec / speed 9.
4. Add eggs, honey, coconut water and baking soda to TM bowl "Closed lid" and combine for 6 secs / speed 4.
5. Pour the mixture into the large bowl containing the apricots and nuts (from step 2).
6. Add all the remaining ingredients (coconut, cranberries and seeds) to the mixture and combine well with the use of the spatula.
7. Pour the mixture into the Large slice tin and spread evenly until flat.
8. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 160 C until golden brown.
9. Leave in the slice tin to cool for 15 minutes and then cut into portion sizes. Cool on a wire rack.
This makes a VERY large quantity.
Tip
These will keep in an airtight container for up to a week.
This is a very large quantity, so recipe can be easily halved.
Once cooled, I individually wrap portions and freeze for a quick, healthy grab and go breakfast / snack.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
