Ingredients

  • 400 grams sweet potato, Peeled
  • 500 grams water
  • 125 grams cream cheese
  • 270 grams caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 grams Butter
  • 1 teaspoon all spice
  • 200 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 60 grams Milk
  • 100 grams walnuts

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put Water into TM Bowl and then place 400g Sweet potato into TM basket- Cook Varoma/ 20 Mins/ Speed 2. Remove TM basket from bowl using spatula and tip out water. Place sweet Potato into bowl and mash- 15 Seconds Speed 4. Once done place into a sperate bowl and put into freezer to cool (only abut 15 Minutes)

    Pre heat oven to 180 degrees (fan forced)

    Cream Cheese Filling

    Place Cream Cheese, 70g caster sugar and 1 egg into mixing bowl and mix 15 seconds/ speed 3- scrape and then 10 seconds/ speed 3. Set aside in fridge until ready to use.

    place 125g butter into clean and dry bowl. Melt- 2 minutes/ 80 degrees/ speed 2.

    Add All spice, self raising flour, 200g Caster sugar, milk and 2 eggs. Mix- 15 seconds/ speed 3

    Add Walnuts and cooled sweet potato and Mix- 20 seconds. Speed 3.

    Put half the Sweet potato mixture into a lined loaf tin. Spread all Cream cheese filling on and then put other half of sweet potato mix on.

    Bake in oven 1 hours on 180 degrees (fan forced)

    Allow to fully cool before removing from loaf tin
