- 280 grams self-raising flour
- 100 grams caster sugar
- 2 portions eggs
- 120 grams Milk
- 1/2 level tsp vanilla essence
- 50 grams Butter, Melted

- Add butter - 2 min / 65°C / speed 1.5
- Add remaining ingredients
Mix 7sec/speed 4.5
Scrape down sides, Mix 3-5 sec / speed 4.5 if needed - Add spoonfuls to a pan on medium heat lightly greased.
Flip once bubbles start popping until golden brown on both sides. - Cool on a cooling rack
Add butter/jam or jam/cream once cooled.
