  1.  place sugar into tm bowl and blend on 9 for 10s

add quartered orange and blend on 7 for 10s

add oil and 3 eggs and blend on 6 for 15s

I made half recipe with gluten free flour (used "Well and Good" brand) and 2 eggs. Came out really well - perhaps a little dry but I think I just left it in oven too long. Very easy - will make again tmrc_emoticons.) Thank you!

tmrc_emoticons.)thankyou. Very easy and yummy, I modified by using left over orange pulp from making orangade for kids (from 2 oranges), then added 1 extra orange, a little less sugar, only 200g oil, and full amount flour. Turned out delicious, but made heaps....used  2 cake tins and froze 1 cake.

This was really easy and nice and moist.  tI really filled up the pan and then some.  I used caster sugar so skipped that bit and the mix needed a bit more work so gave it another 2 lots of 10 seconds after scraping down the sides.

Used the whole quantity and cooked it in a bundt tin and it worked out well. Nice moist texture and not overly sweet cake, especially if made with rapadura sugar. I just glazed it with a little orange glaze and it was very nice. Next time I might add a little cinnamon or cardamon.
