Ingredients
muesli bars
- 120 g Butter, cubed
- 100 g brown sugar
- 50 g honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- 150 g rolled oats
- 30 g rice puffs
- 50 g Shredded coconut
- 70 g slivered almonds
- 50 g cacao nibs
- 40 g hazelnuts, roughly chopped

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Add butter, sugar, honey and vanilla paste to the bowl and mix 100 degrees, 4 mins, speed 2.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix 1 minute, speed 3, reverse.
Pour mixture into a 20cm x 20cm baking tray, squish down and smooth with the back of a spoon.
Bake on 180 degrees for 15 mins. Leave to cool and slice into squares.

Tip
Chop hazelnuts in the thermomix bowl before beginning recipe. No need to wash bowl once hazelnuts have been removed.

Blitzed up some almonds & dates. Also added sultanas. Had no rice puffs, hazelnuts or chocolate nibs. Turned out great
