I divided this recipe by four and cut the cooking time to 5 minutes to make for myself for brekky this morning. I mashed some pieces of frozen banana in the mixing bowl afterward and stirred through to keep the proportions right. From the first bite I could tell it would be really filling and nearly didn't finish, but it was so yummy I made sure to eat that last spoonful!
This is a favourite. I did have tahini and I used mixed raw nuts but I loved it.
Loved this, so yum. Didn't have a banana so replaced with some organic raisins instead, was really yum. Can't wait to try it with a banana. I used almond milk & served with a drizzle of maple syrup. Kids loved it which is always a massive bonus!!
A really yummy porridge that my kids love too. It keeps us satisfied for a lovely long time. Thank you.
