- 35 g oats
- 5 g chia seeds
- 90 g Almond milk
- 110 g water
- 1 egg white

Place one piece of fruit in the bowl and chop until puree on speed 4 approximately 20 seconds.
Weigh in all ingredients except the egg white and cook on 90/speed 4/6 min.
When finished, scrape down sides and reset the heat and speed to 90/speed4/2 min. Add the egg white to the bowl while blades are turning and replace the MC. You can also add in cinnamon, mixed spice, honey, maple syrup or any flavours you may like.

Surprisingly tasty. I didn't use fruit other than a few blueberries at the end.
