Flour

  • 200 grams brown rice
  • 40 grams oats
  • 40 grams quinoa
  • 60 grams Chickpeas
  • 40 grams millet
  • 20 grams Almonds raw, or almond meal
  • 300 grams white rice
  • 100 grams cornstarch
  • 200 grams arrowroot flour, or tapioca flour

Recipe's preparation

    Gluten free Flour
  1. Put any of the whole ingredients into the mixing bowl for 30secs speed 10.

    Add the ground up flours and mix 20 seconds speed 5.

    Sift before use.

    For most recipes add half teaspoon of guar or xantham gum per cup of four. 

Tip

This flour is great in sweet recipes such as cakes, muffins and fruit breads.
