- 110 g Cooking salt
- 250 g water
- 20 g cream of tartar
- 250 g plain flour
- 20 g oil
- Food colouring
- Glitter, (Optional)
- Essential Oils, (Optional)

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Mill 110g Salt 5 seconds, Speed 10 (tip - put 1 sheet of paper towel under lid to help with mess)
2. Scrape down bowl
3. Add 250g Water and 20g Cream of Tartar and cook 5 minutes, 60°C, speed 3 (tip - if making one colour, add food colouring now)
4. Add 250g Plain Flour and 20g Oil - 1 minute, speed 4
5. Mix
"Dough mode" for 1 minute (can add glitter and essential oils here if you like for an amazing sensory activity)
6. If wanting multiple colours - divide and mix as required
Will last weeks in an airtight container at room temp
Tip
Be a "fun mum" by making lots of different colours
This dough lasts for weeks
If is a little dry, add more oil or water and knead for an additional minute
