  • 300 g Quandong, Flesh Only
  • 200 g apple, Roughly Chopped
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 200 g water
  • 300 g sugar

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Quandong Flesh, Apple and Lemon Juice to Bowl - 5 secs/Speed 5

  2. Scrape down bowl, add water and cook 25mins/100 deg/speed 1 (scrape bottom halfway through)

  3. Add Sugar, puree 10 sec sp 7

  4. Cook for 30 min/100 deg/speed 3

    Check and stir

  5. Cook for an additional 60 min/100 deg/ speed 3

    Pour into lined baking tray

    leave uncovered in fridge for a day or two to set

    slice and wrap

    Lasts 3 months in fridge
