Vanilla Bean Paste
- 250 grams Rapadura Sugar
- 125 grams water
- 1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar.
- 5 vanilla beans, (cut into 1cm lengths)

1. Place Rapadura and water into bowl and melt sugar 3 min/50°/speed 3
2. Add Cream of tartar and mix 20sec/speed 3
3. Add vanilla beans to bowl chop beans at 30 seconds/speed 9 then scrape down sides of bowl.
4. Repeat step 3 three times until smooth consistency is acheived and the outside of the bean has no large chunks.

Tip
This will intensify in flavour as the vanilla infuses into the syrup.Keep refrigerated
