    Never Fail Best Ever Pizza Dough - Kermie Kreations
  1. Place dried yeast, brown sugar and water in the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 20 sec/ speed 2 Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / MC on.

     

    Add the bakers flour, olive oil and salt and mix 10 sec/ speed 2 Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / MC on.

     

    Knead dough for 3 min/ Dough mode"Dough mode" / MC on.

     

    Transfer to Thermomat and place in a warm place to prove until doubled in size (generally half an hour to an hour).

     

    Use a required

Alternatively if you don't have a Thermomat, an oiled bowl covered with plastic wrap is more than sufficient.

When I do the knead function, I generally take the MC off halfway through.

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.     I have tried many pizza bases and this is the best one, I cooked it on pizza stone in rose gold pan which I lined with baking paper, I cooked them in hot oven for about 8min
