I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside
Add all ingredients to bowl and "Closed lid" turbo 3-4 times 0.5 or 1 sec you want nuts and seeds broken not milled.
Set aside in a large bowl
add oil and sweetener to bowl and melt 1 minutes/80/speed 3
Add seeds and nuts into bowl and stir on "Counter-clockwise operation" /5 secs/speed 2
Pour mixture onto your baking tray and level out. Bake in over for 10-15 minutes. Keep a close watch and turn your mixture regularly as it will burn quickly.
Remove from oven when ready and allow to cool slight before adding your additions of choice.
Store in a air tight container
serve with milk of choice or yoghurt
Granola
Tip
to make a Vegan option use coconut oil and rice malt or maple syrup
Great sprinkled over stewed fruit
I used cups measures as my portions for this to make the 1200gm. If you use lesser portions for the Granola, reduce the amount of sweetener and oil used.
