  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 350 g Milk, your choice of milk
  • 20 g almonds
  • 10 g sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon, Ceylon
  • 50 g oat, rolled
  • 10 g honey

Recipe's preparation

  1. This makes quite a large portion so could possibly be 2 serves. Add one to the fridge to reheat for the following day with some added milk.
    Add almonds and chop 5 sec, sp 8.
    Add milk and chia seeds and mix 30 seconds, sp 3 to allow the chia to start to hydrate without clumping.
    Add rest of ingredients and set 10 min, Varoma, sp 2 Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" .
    Serve immediately.
