Place oats into mixing bowl and mill for 2 sec/speed 5.
Add water, salt and vanilla and cook for 9 min/100oC/speed 2.
Serve with toppings of choice.
To double the recipe, double all ingredients and cook for 12 min/100oC/speed 3.

Aunty Mara:yeah but the problem is you wouldn’t want another breakfast after this big breakfast though.
Moyle R: I cooked it the same amount of time (9 minutes) for half the amount of ingredients and it was still fine. I put manuka honey in it but I waited about 20 mins (so it cooled) to eat it.
Just made this, it was a big hit. Will be my go to recipe for oats from now on.

As this is a TM31 recipe we donot recommend that you double the recipe as it exceeds the maximum capacity for the bowl.

If I wanted to do a double batch of this would I need to cook it for longer?
A good way to clean the Thermie Bowl is to add some milk, forzen berries and honey and give it a whirl... Yummy breakfast smoothie
I also cooked a half batch twice now, perfect amount for my daughter and myself. Much, much better than the recipe in the Basic Cookbook.
