    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

    My favourite bread by far!

I don't have the special tin so I just used a regular bread tin.
This recipe is the best I've tried and so quick!
It's really light and fluffy and is the closest I've got to bakery bread. I just need to work on my baking time and temp. I think next time I'll try a lower temp for longer. My oven is not great.
I got a beautiful soft crust and fluffy bread inside. The flavour is beautiful.
I used warm water and then put in all the ingredients as directed. I left the unmixed ingredients in the thermo bowl for about ½ hour because I had to run to the shop to get more bread improver. I'm not sure if that helped the yeast but I will be doing that again next time. Definitely my new everyday bread recipe, thank you!

I love this bread - I substitute 50g bakers flour for 50g of seed mix to lower the GI and it is still soft and delicious. Still super yummy for at least one to two days after making. Delicious and super easy to make!
