- 300 grams Self Raising Flour
- 70 grams brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 2 eggs
- 250 grams Milk
- 2 large bananas, Approx 250 grams or 1 cup
- 100 grams walnuts

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a loaf tin with non stick baking paper. set aside.
Add bananas to bowl and Mash 5 sec/ speed 6
Add remaining ingredients except walnuts, and mix 20 sec/speed 4.
Add Walnuts and mix 3 sec/speed 5 "Counter-clockwise operation"
Pour into prepared tin and bake for 45 mins or until inseted skewer comes out clean.
Tip
This recipes freezes well. cut into slices and wrap in glad wrap and freeze for up to 3 months.
Also nice toasted.

Very tasty loaf. The pan I used wasn't large enough, it did the job but a large bread loaf tin would be better.
