Thanks for the great comment and 5 star rating!!! Yay!

Im afraid all of my recipes don't have much salt in them, my  never cooked with much salt so I'm not used to it. But that's the great thing about Thermi cooking, you can adjust recipes easily.

You might like the wholemeal version of this too, maybe my rock cakes too.. Happy baking..  Cooking 7

I just pulled my awesome looking loaf out of the oven, it looks perfect!! I made this with 16g fresh yeast that I bought today so it's the first time I've used fresh yeast and I have to say I'm very impressed. Proved it on the warm bonnet of my car which only took one hour. I can't wait to slice into this and try it. Thanks for the recipe.

PS: just tasted my loaf warm with butter and I'll definitely be adding 1tspn of salt next time I make it. Other than that it's great!

    Lovely loaf of bread.

i have just made this today and couldn't wait for it to cool down, so I sliced the end off and drizzled it with some Jarrah honey. Very very nice Indeed. I will make another loaf for the weekend and the only thing I would add would be salt. Thankyou for a lovely recipe!!  tmrc_emoticons.)

Thanks, glad you all enjoyed it, we love it too, I also cook it in a loaf tin, it will rise a bit more too.

Maybe try my date & cranberry rock cakes for your next work luncheon, they're easy to make and are also yummy, I'm making them once a week because they're going so fast...

thanks for the rating..  Cooking 7
