Ingredients
Orange and Date Bread
- 2 steamed oranges, please see every day cookbook, steamed orange cake
- 4 pitted organic dates, total weight of oranges and dates =200g
- 330ml filtered water
- 20 g pro-biotic yeast
- 20 g Olive oil-cold pressed
- pinch sea salt
- 550 g Bio-Dynamic ATTA flour

Method
Place orange and dates in TM bowl chop 10 seconds speed 10
keep in bowl add 330 water
add 20 g pro-biotic yeast
warm and activate the yeast 37 degrees for 2 min/ speed 2
add Atta flour
add olive oil
add sea salt
blend for 2 sec /speed 5
interval setting /3 min
pour dough into loaf tin
let it rise
bake in hot oven 220 degrees for 30 min
knock to test if it sounds hollow
take the loaf out of its tin
put the loaf back in hot oven for 5 min to crisp it
This bread tastes like cake but contains no eggs or sugar
