- 1/4 tsp Bi Carb Soda
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar.
- pinch --- salt
- 1 egg
- Coconut or olive oil to grease

Put all dry ingredients into the Thermomix bowl. Place on lid and MC and grind 20 sec Sp 9 .Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add egg, vinegar and mix 10 secs Sp 5 or until just combined.
Scrape mixture into ramikan and microwave for 90 seconds full power.
Allow to cool before using as regular bread .

Grease a ramikan or cup that is microwave proof with oil. Set aside.
Tip
Can be toasted. Great bread for when you don't want a whole loaf .

Amazing, so easy- cooked in a bowl. sliced in half, straight into the toaster. Brilliant recipe!
Thanks so much for this recipe. It's the only bread my family have liked, that I have made. Mine was a little dry possibly less time in microwave or less power. What power did you use?
Oops! I forgot the bicarb so maybe that is why it took longer to cook. But it was light enough anyway.
This recipe is really handy when you want a single serve to go with soup or just for lunch. I had to cook it in the oven and it took 14 minutes at 180 for 5 minutes and then I turned it up to 190. I did use a 9 cm Pyrex dish so it was the shape of a small roll. It may have been flatter and cooked faster in a wider dish but it is still a great recipe that I will use over and over. Many thanks.
Hi Carah I think it would be fine to cook in the oven and you could probably steam it as well in the varoma.
I think you could put it in the oven probably 5 mins at 180
I enjoyed this with my soup. Mine also turned green, guessing from the pumpkin seeds. A little dry but overall good. Look forward to playing around with this one.
This was amazing!! I couldn't believe my eyes!!! So quick and easy too!! Would probably prefer to bake it in the oven instead of microwave.

This is fantastic. thank you for sharing! eliminates the problem i've been having of stale bread if a whole loaf not eaten in one day. can make "bread" for lunches easily every morning for school. Will have fun playing with different nut and seed combos too.
It toasts very well and the texture is so bread like it amazes me and my 5yo problem eater loved it.
