Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200'C.

Place 60g psyllium husks into TM bowl and grind 1 min, speed 10.

  2. Add 80g coconut flour.

  3. Add 125g of mixed seeds, chia seeds, linseeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds.

  4. Add optional 10g coconut sugar.

  5. Add 2 teasp baking powder.

  6. Add 1.5 teasp salt, into TM bowl and mix 10 secs, speed 6.

  7. Working quickly add wet ingredients: 3 eggs.

  8. Add 2 tabs coconut oil.

  9. Weigh in 450g hot water; mix 15 secs, speed 7.

  10. Knead dough 2 mins, Dough mode"Dough mode" .

  11. Turn out dough onto Thermomat and carefully roll into a log. Sprinkle Thermomat with sesame seeds and roll log onto seeds. Using your Spatula, cut as many pieces as you like (I usually do 10-12 rolls).

Shape into balls or rolls and place onto a baking paper lined tray and bake 20-30 minutes (depends on size of roll - 20 mins for small; 25 minutes for 10 rolls etc).

Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before cutting. They are super soft. Enjoy.

Tip

You can easily adjust what seeds you prefer in this recipe. Sometimes I don't have sunflower seeds so I increase linseeds to 50g (as an example).

You can also make into fabulous flexible wraps!

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
