- 80 g Almond Spread
- 20 g Rice malt syrup
- 10 g coconut flakes
- salt
- Cacao nibs or 85% Chocolate

Place coconut oil and almond spread into TM bowl 50 degrees/speed 5-6 until melted and combined.
Add rice malt syrup and cocnut flakes speed 2-3.
Spread on a tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with salt and nibs or chocolate. Place in freezer for about 20 minutes then snap or cut into shards.
