Ingredients

  • 100 grams walnuts, Or 1 cup
  • 130 grams Dates (pitted), Or 1 cup (Can be medjool or dried)
  • 150-160 grams raisins, Or 1 cup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 scoops Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • Desiccated Coconut, To roll in

Recipe's preparation

    Amazing Protein Balls
  1. 1. Add all ingredients, except coconut, to the mixing bowl. 


     

  2. 2. Mix for 50 seconds, speed 9

     

  3. 3. Check ingredients. If needed mix again for  20-30 seconds,      speed 9.  Mixture should be gooey and a fudge like consistency. 

     

  4. 4. Roll into balls and roll in coconut to coat. 

     

  5. 5. Store in the fridge

Tip

Will keep for approximately a week.

 Makes approximately 15-18 balls depending on size.
