Ingredients
- 100 grams walnuts, Or 1 cup
- 130 grams Dates (pitted), Or 1 cup (Can be medjool or dried)
- 150-160 grams raisins, Or 1 cup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 scoops Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- Desiccated Coconut, To roll in

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Add all ingredients, except coconut, to the mixing bowl.
2. Mix for 50 seconds, speed 9.
3. Check ingredients. If needed mix again for 20-30 seconds, speed 9. Mixture should be gooey and a fudge like consistency.
4. Roll into balls and roll in coconut to coat.
5. Store in the fridge

Tip
Will keep for approximately a week.
Makes approximately 15-18 balls depending on size.
