Apple or Pear Rissotto (failsafe variables)

  • 300 grams apple or pear, Peeled and cored
  • 2 heaped teaspoons cinnamon
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 20 grams ricebran oil
  • 320 grams arborio rice
  • 100 grams sweet wine, Massala or Sherry or Juice
  • 800 grams apple juice (100%), Or tinned Pear syrup

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place diced apple ( or pear) in jug with Cinnamon, butter and oil

    Sautè 3 minutes /120°c/ speed 1

  2. Add butterfly and rice and without mc

    Sautè 3 minutes /120°c/ speed 1

  3. Add sweet wine or juice

    Sautè 1 minute /120°c/ speed 1

  4. Add juice scrape bottom of jug well with the spatula to lossen rice
    Place simmering basket on the lid
    Cook 15 minutes /Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /100°c / speed 1

  5. Tip into thermoserver to rest for 5 minutes
    grate nutmeg generously over the top and serve with double cream or icecream

Tip

For elimination/ failsafe leave out Cinnamon and wine
