Recipe's preparation

    Apricot Balls
  1. Process nuts (& vanilla bean if using) 15 seconds on speed 10.

    Add remaining ingredients & process 1 min on speed 10.

    Roll into ball shapes & roll in some extra coconut.

Tip

Thanks to Kylie for her recipe, I just left out the 2 tbs of honey.

Such a delicious guilt free healthy snack too tmrc_emoticons.-)

Or even easier press into a tray & into the fridge or freezer to help it set quickly & cut into squares.
