- 3 large bananas
- 55 g raw sugar
- 120 g plain flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon sugar
- 55 g soda water
- 1 egg
- 3-4 tablespoon coconut oil to shallow fry in

Mix speed 8/9 for 5 sec
Mix all dry ingredients speed 5/6 for 5 sec
Mix all ingredients speed 4/5 for 8 seconds
Stop the machine and Scrape the sides.
Then continue to mix for a further 1 minute speed 4/5
if the mixture is too runny add some more flour. if its too thick add a little bit of soda water.
Peel and cut bananas into quarters. Place into a bowl and pour batter over the bananas
Drain them on some absorbent paper towel and serve immediately with vanilla cream or ice cream and honey.
I found this recipe on//www.taste.com.au/recipes/17036/banana+fritters and converted it for the thermomix.
1. Put sugar into bowl
2. Add Flour and cinnamon to bowl
3. Add egg and soda water

This was delicious and so easy to make. The whole family loved them.
Naughty, but so delicious. Served with vanilla icecream and a drizzle of maple syrup. Added a little more soda water as was a bit thick.
