Ingredients
:
- 140 grams Almonds raw
- 15 grams Coconut, desiccated or shredded
- 1 pinch Pink Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- 5 Dates (pitted)
- 1 heaped tablespoon coconut oil
- 120 grams dried blueberries
- 1 tablespoon Raw Honey

Step 1: Put almonds, shredded coconut, salt and blueberries into the TM bowl, speed 9 for 30 seconds.
Step 2: Add all other ingredients and process for 30 seconds, speed 9.
Step 3: Roll into little snack size balls.
Tip
You can also add acai berry powder (1-2 tablespoons) and just a little extra coconut oil.
To make Cacao Balls, take out the blueberries and add 40gms cacao powder in step 1 and change the amount of dates to 120gms.
