Mix 30 seconds / speed 6 with the aid of the spatula - then 30 seconds / speed 10 with the aid of the spatula (or longer until there are no ice cubes left).

  2. Place in a container and in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

  3. Serve with a desert.

Tip

I also do this sorbet as a fruity dream with 500g frozen capsicum / 150g icing sugar / 1 lemon juice.

This sorbet can be served as an original apetizer, along with a salad, a grilled fish or a desert.

I made this with yellow cspsicum's as I bought a box for $2. It was SO delicious.

I probably would follow the everyday cookbook sorbet step 1 to make the sugar more like castor or icing sugar. I also used raw sugar and it was Devine. We used it as a palatte cleanser but would be awesome as a dessert. My 2yr old son loved it. Would definitely make it again. It is a little trippy as it smells like capsicum but doesn't taste overwhelming.
