Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Grind chocolate speed 9 / 10 secs

    2. Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula

    3. Add banana and cornfour and blend speed 6 / 5 secs

    4. Add eggs and milk and cook 7 min / 90 degrees / speed 4

    5. Serve and Enjoy tmrc_emoticons.)

     

     

Tip

I use 65g of dark chocolate for my preferred sweetness tmrc_emoticons.)

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.     Made this for my husband and he loves it.  Says it is amazingly good.  I can see it becoming a regular in our home.  I didn't have any dark chocolate so just used milk choc melts instead.

    Super Delicious.  Made 16 icy poly tubes with the leftovers, that's enough for the week.  Healthy as and used coconut sugar. tmrc_emoticons.)

    Yum! I didn't use rhe cornflour and mine is a great "yogo" style consistency!

    This was delicious! It needed to cool before it thickened though!
