- 125 g dark chocolate, broken up
- 150 g Butter, cubed
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 20 g cocoa
- 130 g plain flour
- 100 g White Chocolate Chips

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- 1. preheat oven to 160c & line a 20x20cm cake tin with baking paper.
2. place chocolate and butter into TM bowl & chop 5 seconds/speed 6, scrape down sides of bowl.
3. melt chocolate & butter 3 minutes/60c/speed 1.
4. add eggs, sugar & vanilla, mix 5 seconds/speed 4.
5. add flour & cocoa, mix 5 seconds/speed 4, scrape down sides of bowl.
6. add chocolate chips & stir 20 seconds/ speed 2.
7. pour into prepared tin & cook for approx 30 mins until just set. ( dont over cook as it will be too dry)
cool completely in the tin before removing to slice.
