Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 200C.

     

    2. Brush 4 small souffle cups with melted butter well.

     

    3. Add chocolate chip in mixing bowl spd9/5sec.

       Add Butter melt with shaved chocolate 55C/spd1.5/3min or until

       mixture smooth.

     

    4. Add Icing sugar, mix spd3/10sec.

     

    5. Add egg in one by one while blade is on spd3, then mix at

       spd4/5sec.

     

    6. Add flour, mix spd4/10sec, then scrape down the side of the

       mixing bowl,then mix again spd4/5sec or until well blended.

     

    7. Equally put the batter in 4 prepared cups, batter should be at

       3/4 of the cup, back for around 14minutes until the sides are set.

     

    8. Take them out of oven and rest for a minute then transfer to a

       serving plate.

     

    9. Dust with icing suger and cocoa powder right before serving. can

       be served with cream or ice cream.

     

Tip

Make this fresh to serve, as inside will keep cooking after it out of the oven.

    I put the mixture in muffin cases (as I didn't have any metal ones) and they turned out as really nice little cakes with a gooey chocolate centre
